
Born in Madrid, I started my career as a chef in London in 2012. One year later I decided to study and prepare as a professional chef in one of the most prestigious schools in the world, "Le Cordon Bleu, Madrid". Since then I have worked with world-renowned chefs such as Ferran Adriá, David Muñoz and Nobu Matsuhisa. Working in different countries, in the best kitchens and with the best STAFF, absorbing knowledge, techniques and ideas with the intention of growing every day professionally. I seek my inspiration from the base of the most traditional cuisine but always giving it a modern and original touch.
