My training and experience as a professional chef have made me increasingly convinced of the importance of carrying out a healthy and nutritious diet. Being able to demonstrate to my clients how healthy dishes can be made but at the same time fun and tasty, is one of the things that have gratified the more in my career.

The ICNS school is the leader in advanced training in nutrition and health sciences in Spain.
The Advanced Course in Sports Nutrition introduces the student to sports physiology and metabolism, from a perspective of optimal nutrient intake for physical conditioning and high performance. The agenda starts from the cellular energy metabolism and the systems that participate in the physiology of expenditure and physical performance. The introduction to sports physiology and metabolism is studied from the beginning. Subsequently, sports physiology is addressed for both aerobic and anaerobic sports. Sports nutrition is studied for body composition, that is, lean mass gain and fat loss. Different dietary options such as low carb sports and ketogenic diet, as well as vegetarian sports nutrition, and performance in women are addressed.

All prepared to teach the basics of healthy eating and combine it with a series of exercises that can be easily performed at home, without a gym, to be healthy and strong in your day to day.
